Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Neat visual design. Bits such as hard disk and memory easily accessed when needed, secure during normal use. Screen adequate, as you would expect.
Bad points:
Set aside a good day to generate recovery disks on an external drive. Back these up as well. Disk partitions fully occupied, so to install Linux for dual booting zap partition 3 and make it an extended partition. Set up new Linux partitions in that, shrinking partition 2 for room. Suse 12.1 core dumps after install. Debian random hangs. Currently playing with Slackware. KDE not happy. WiFi a problem. Drivers not caught up.
Not really any faster than my battered Thinkpad R32.
Probably the same as all current netbooks powered by Atom.
Not upgrading Win 7 startup as have paid too much into the Microsoft charity in the past.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
The in-built beats speaker is impressive for such a small device.

The battery lasts longer than expected.

The whole thing is highly portable.
Bad points:
The notebook comes with no windows software as standard which I had to buy seperately. The existing software (windows 7) is very slow as the device's processor and ram arent upto standard. It is prone to freezing when only one or two programmes are running at a time. There is also at least one dead pixel on the screen but as a busy student I don't have time to replace it. You cannot change your background, desktop picture which is ridiculous!
