Excellent quality print from a small home printer, and very quiet. Takes up very little space compared to my old inkjet.

Good points:
I suppose it's all right if you only want to print of thin paper
Bad points:
Anything thicker than thin paper, ie, all types of card stock which it claims to take, ends up distorted and curled because of the sharp bend in the printer and possibly the thing getting hot because of heating the toners. Again, it claims to take card stock - it doesn't! Waste of money

Peter, Swansea Frequent home user

Score 4.0/10
Good points:
Small and takes less space than my Inkjet printer.
Acceptable print on PLAIN PAPER ONLY, both colour and mono.
Bad points:
Very slow and very noisy, slowest and noisiest laser I've ever owned.
Although prints are ok on the whole it prints too dark.
If printing on photo paper it drags the toner across the paper and doesn't fuse properly.
Replacement toners are horrendously expensive, full set costs 2.5 times more than the printer unless you buy compatables and even then expect to pay the cost of printer to replace them.
Overall very disappointed in quality and performance, doesn't justify the HP name.
