No issues. Worked straight out of the box and quickly had it working off the home wi-fi. Everyone in the house uses it. Suggest installing a tracker on it so I can find it in my daughter's bedroom.

Good points:
Powerful laptop. Lightweight. Great value.

Also the laptop specs are incorrect on the webpage, they are actually BETTER than advertised - a very welcome surprise!!
Bad points:
The quick-buttons on the side can be annoying, but get used to them being there eventually.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Overall the laptop is well designed, though mine differs from the product photo that was on the info page for it! Mine does not have the full number pad shown and has irritating shortcut keys down the left hand side which are easy to catch over the usual use of the shift key for capitals etc. However it is an attractive looking device with a good screen that has good colours and contrast- especially good as I am often editing and working on photos I have taken.

The three processor cores and 4GB RAM ensure it is able to multi task nicely and process large files speedily. Having a large fast hard drive means it not only boots from shutdown fast, it can find and store them at speed too!
Bad points:
Weaker points are the keyboard shortcuts are a little irritating as mentioned above and the battery which was stated as being able to run for 10 hours! Infact it will run for 2 hours. The screen would need brightness almost to be at 0 for that to come anywhere near to the mentioned 10 hours.

High SPEC (Large Hard Drive, Triple core processor, 4GB memory, Fast Hard Drive) for a very competitive price. Best SPEC machine I have seen for this price level
