Good points:
Runs very smoothly- operates a few different programmes at once with very good speed. Very happy with this, especially at the price
Bad points:
The touch pad mouse is unusable; it just flies off all over the place regardless of what you do. I actually prefer using a USB mouse anyway, but it just makes it less convenient if you wanted to use it on the move.

Good points:
Good graphics card plus plenty of power/ram for games. Like the inbuilt webcam. All basic software needed included. Battery life OK. Just about loud enough to watch movies on.
Bad points:
Not keen on the shiney screen - too much light is reflected which makes viewing it harder especially for longer periods.
Need explanation on how to use the system backup facility or produce a system backup DVD- this should be included even with a recon unit I feel.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Bought it for my 15 year old daughter who is extremely pleased with it. Easy to set up and use, with good graphics and sound. Immaculate condition, certainly as good as a brand new one.
Bad points:
I don't like the shiny top surface, it shows up too many finger prints but my daughter loves it!

Good points:
All round excellent machine. No problems at all. Performs tasks easily and quickly. Only people tha would complain are the sad computer geeks tha want computers off the Enterpise.
Bad points:
Not really a problem only being picky but the high gloss top looks lovely when clean. Smudges quickly and always cleaning the top.
