Good points:
The screen is the perfect size. The fact that it comes with 60 day security cover from Norton Antivirus is a bonus too. The keyboard is easy to navigate and comfortable to type with. I definitelty recommend this product.
Bad points:
For my use I wish that it had Word already installed...

Good points:
Laptop is perfoming exactly as it should do. Battery actually holds its charge for the time it takes me to travel into London on the train, over 2 and a quarter hours, so I can choose which seat I want to sit in rather than fight for one of the 8 in standard class with access to power points.
Bad points:
HP do not supply a User Manual but rely on users to access the support assistant which is generic. This means that a less than experienced user would get very frustrated before finding out how to make certain adjustments e.g. to manually adjust the volume you have to use the function key in conjunction with the + or - on the number pad!

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Well for a start its got a large screen and its very fast indeed. Windows 7 once you get the hang of it is brilliant, but I would recomend getting a book on hints and tips because some things that I knew how to .
do on XP I could not work out how to do on 7. I bought Windows 7 tips and techniques in easy steps by Stuart Yarnold and its been the best thing I could have done.
