Good points:
Good size screen and all wifi parts work without problem and instantly.
Bad points:
Cannot adjust screen up or down nor tilt back or forward which is a major fault and not made clear on info. So now the screen is angled on a large book. Had problems with bringing across our e-mail contacts so finally had to spend over 1 hour on phone to Microsoft to sort it out. They were very helpful but took up a lot of time. HP could not help - not their remit.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
I am very pleased with this computer - so far it has been very fast, very easy to set up and the design means that there is only one wire. The screen is enormous, excellent for watching movies and for multi-tasking, but because there is no "body" to the computer I don't feel that it takes up too much room. The wireless keyboard and mouse were very easy to set up as well.
Bad points:
None so far, I found Windows 8 a little confusing at first but got used to it very quickly.

Windows 8, not at all happy with the opening screen and not at all happy about having to purchase basic word considering the initial cost!

Helen, Peterborough General user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Large screen in comparison to my Gateway Laptop so good to engage with.
I had expert assistance for copying material from my laptop to the HP Pavilion. Personally I required the assurance that my written material and large selection of filed photographs were not lost.
Bad points:
I am still learning daily about the Pavilion, in particular about moving photographs from my camera to the appropriate storage files.
