Designed by Sir Chris Hoy with Vulpine, these bib shorts are a cycling classic, subtly re-thought to add style, comfort and an outstandingly high specification. Suitable for racing, training and endurance events. Suggested temperature range from 12°C to 30°C.
These bibs are the result of combining Sir Chris Hoy’s incredible experience, with the obsessive detailing and innovation of Vulpine. We’ve taken everything that’s right about bibs and rethought what’s wrong. These bibs are the benchmark to judge HOY Vulpine by, and we’re hugely proud of them.
The pad is the starting point for all shorts, and ours is from the industry leader, CyTech of Italy. This pad is only found elsewhere on top of the range pro shorts. We’re talking serious content, not just style…
We’ve made our bibs in black only. Call us old fashioned, but there are some traditions you just can’t mess with. The only adornments are contrast-texture black logos and the HOY Vulpine trackstripe tab.
Leg grippers can often pull on skin or hair (to shave or not to shave? The choice is yours), so we used a long period of heavy R&D to find the perfect mix of comfort and stability, with our unique wide grip tape with circular silicon. The bibs themselves are made from perforated Coolmax, so that they wick perspiration away, leaving you more comfortable. There are no scratchy information labels, as with all Vulpine garments, everything is printed onto the inside of the garment.
With Chris’ testing and intense input, we have created bibs we hope you’ll love wearing, with unparalleled comfort and style. Now you can forget you’re wearing them, so you can ride.
