Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Nice colour, looks neat and tidy in the kitchen, digital screen looks nice and modern. Matches perfectly with our washer/dryer from the same range
Bad points:
Does not seem as large as our old dishwasher inside even though it is and we can never seem to get everything in on the one cycle due to the way the dishwasher has been arranged internally.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
I like the look of the dishwasher, easy to read display, the door is nice and light and closes easily, and there is flexibilty in shelving height.
Bad points:
The plate holders on the bottom shelf of the dishwasher keep falling flat making it awkward when you have dirty plates in hand to fiddle about with to get them in place again and the cutlery holder is a bit fiddly and not easy to seperate in half for when you don't have much cutlery.

Good points:
Very quiet & cleans well.
Bad points:
Cycles are very long. Eco cycle is longer than most which surely defeats the object. Average sized dinner plates don't fit very well on the top shelf without altering the heights (which then gives you less room for pans on the bottom shelf.

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
None.
Bad points:
It's my opinion: The draws are badly designed for any crockery, the bottom draw plate rack that lifts up prevents the cutlery basket from being fitted. The extrusion runners that the top draw sit on are bendy and so the running wheels pop out every now and then. The cups and plates come out dirty far too often. It's noisey. The control panel at the front uses a dozen pictures that are not obvious to what they do. The salt and rinse aid indicators remain on even when they have been replenished. We had an Indesit before this one, and although it eventually broke, it served us with absolute quality performance and was really nice to use. If this is one of the top of the range HotPoints then I hate to see the bottom of the range. It's a disaster and we're never going to purchase Hotpoint again.
