Fiona, Wakefield

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
Good looking facia
Bad points:
The stacking system is hopeless -
plates regularly fall over when stacking, opening or closing drawers.
Slightly curved plates are a nightmare they have to be stacked at an angle of 45 degrees and are therefore even more prone to fall over. The movable cutlery rack (though a great idea in principle) does not sit correctly in any position. Small casserole dishes cannot be placed vertically and clean they must me placed horizontally to stand chance of cleaning. Glasses fall over as soon as the top drawer is closed. Plates and pan lids bump and catch when the bottom drawer is pulled out or pushed in as there is a ridge approx 3cm from the end.

The cleaning is pathetic - quite often the tablet drops and never dissolves so the wash has to be redone, plates stacked in each slot do not always clean and a gap of at least one slot needs to be left (even this does not always work), the 65 wash usually produces 3 or 4 items which need rewashing - we have used the 75 wash to try and overcome rewashing but to no avail.

My experience suggests that whoever designed the stacking systems shown in the handbook ran any test with clean plates there is no way my identical machine could clean items stacked in this way.

Rob, Farnham

Score 6.0/10
Good points:
This certainly has a large capacity, and is quiet and efficient.
Bad points:
With the emphasis on load size, compromises have been made - I would recommend that you try your own crockery in the machince before you buy - our Dinner plates and bowls do not fit very well and constantly fall over when you move the drawer.
