Good points:
good price, well designed, very easy to fit and attach everything to. runs quite and cool. Much better value that the matching Asus
Bad points:
Seems to throw errors when you change to many settings at once then reboot. Its ok if you dont change to much at the same time. Error reporting is not very good. Also its a bit funny about what power supply is used.

Good points:
A nicely designed board, that's easy to overclock, with some nice features like dual BIOS and an LED display to tell you the status of the board.
Bad points:
Has a massive issue with instability and freezing - do a search on "GA-Z77X-UD5H freezing" and you will get hundreds of links to forums where people are describing the same issue. In my case (and many others), the screen will just freeze in Windows, and the system will become unresponsive, necessitating a hard reboot. There are a few workarounds that you can do in the BIOS (disabling sleep modes and altering the base clock speed) that have reduced the frequency of crashes, but not eliminated them entirely. Gigabyte appear to be aware of the issue, but as yet, no new BIOS has been released to address it, and they are unresponsive to E-mails asking for assistance. If they release a BIOS fix, or you get lucky and your components are stable with this board, then it would be a great board, but sadly for me that's not the case. Note I have V1.0 of this board - I'm not sure if the issue is fixed in V1.1 boards.

Lots of BIOS features (maybe more than you might actually need if you aren't planning to adjust a lot of the settings). Easy overclock settings if you have an unlocked CPU.
