A very high quality motherboard. Very easy to set up. Good manual. Good number of SATA and USB ports. Easy to load Windows 7.

Matt, Crediton

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Am dual booting with Ubuntu LTS and Windows 7. First UEFI board I have bought and was concerned that I may have trouble installing Linux distro with Secure Boot. No problems at all.
Bad points:
Not 100% sure it is the board yet, but when moving the mouse to bring machine out of standby, it takes a long time. This does not happen so slowly on my other machines, which are all BIOS, rather than UEFI.

Mark, Liverpool

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
3 display ports are great - already running my HD DVI monitor and just to see if I could connected my 19" LCD HD TV & Boom! - dual monitor set-up! Windows 7 User experience benchmark scores system as 7.8/7.9 even with no separate graphics card, which has saved me plenty. Using system for HD video & high-res photography, lightning quick.
Bad points:
No screws provided to bolt it to the case!

Andrew, Tonbridge

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
This board has plenty of USB 2 & 3 ports. The on-board mSSD socket is useful to cache the hard drives if you use RAID. I am using Windows 8 64 Bit, it boots up in 20 seconds. Gigabyte support is good. Overall I am very pleased with this board.
Bad points:
Documentation and driver disk only covered Windows 7. I had problems with the DVI port which was not the fault of the board as it worked in BIOS but fails when Windows 8 loads. Intel rapid storage technology is poorly documented for Windows 8, it took me ages to figure out how to get it to work.
