Tells time and “time to move”
Research shows that prolonged periods of inactivity, like sitting, decrease your body’s production of fat-burning enzymes. That effect can be reversed with frequent, short walk breaks.
You might lose track of time but vívofit 2 never does, thanks to its audible move bar feature. After 1 hour of inactivity, vívofit 2 gives you an audio alert and displays a red move bar that builds every additional 15 minutes. Just walk a couple of minutes to reset the move bar.
Free your focus
vívofit 2 has an activity timer feature so you can easily time your activities. Set it, then enjoy that walk or concentrate on your workout. vívofit 2 will mind the clock. The next time you sync, your activity will appear on Garmin Connect.
vívofit 2 follows your progress 24/7 and can stay on for more than a year without a battery change. vívofit 2 features a backlight, so its display can be read anytime, even at night. Wear the band to bed and vívofit 2 will monitor your rest. On your Garmin Connect page, you can view your total sleep hours, as well as periods of movement and restful sleep.
vívofit 2 has a 5 ATM (50m) water rating, which means you can shower or swim, worry-free.
Personalised daily goals
vívofit 2 learns your current activity level, then assigns an attainable daily goal. As you meet your milestones, vívofit 2 adjusts your goal for the next day, gradually nudging you toward a more active lifestyle.
At Garmin Connect, you can track your progress and earn virtual badges for extra motivation. You can also join online challenges and connect, compete and compare with friends and family around the world.
