Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Works as advertised with one major exception.
Bad points:
That major exception is it cannot be used on holiday as it is tied the country network you buy it in. Not advertised and not written anywhere but don't expect to use abroad.

Carl, Always use sat nav

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very accurate, I was worried that the device ewouldn't get a mobile network signal to let me know where it was, but seems to have worked everywhere I have been so far, even when our family mobiles don't work.
Bad points:
Needs to be strapped to my Beagle's harness, a bit too cumbersome to put on his collar. The iPhone app is great, just that if you don't have a network connection, you can't get the location info, it will work over wifi though, even if you don't have mobile reception.

Tony, bolton carer of disabled daughter

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
ability to create geofences so that you know that the tracker has moved out of any particular location/area that you choose. I bought it to keep an eye on my daughter with leaning difficulties in case she wonders off but ideal for keeping in car/caravan as a security device - I recommend the product
Bad points:
Not clear from info provided on currys web site exactly what the product is capable of achieving, not 100% sure it would do what I needed it to do until I actually bought it. EG not sure about battery life but found this is variable dependant on the settings you choose and with the right settings can last for weeks between recharges. There is also an annual fee and I am still not sure how much this is - but will be worth it for piece of mind.

Peter, Carlisle, Cumbria. Technophobe

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Small, lightweight and pretty accurate. I fitted mine to quadcopter drone with attatched camera, the meager weight did not affect its flight or GPS flight control system. A necessary addition as I lost a previous one at the loss of £900!!!
This product would be off great value to anyone with car's, pet's, children etc as it has a "Geofence" setting letting you be aware that it has gone out of a boundery previously set by yourself via text or email.
Bad points:
A little bit costly, however, as good as any for its size on the market.

Track What’s Important
GTU 10 is a GPS-enabled locator that combines a web-based tracking service with GPS technology to help keep possessions and the things you love safe and secure – whether a family pet, vehicle or other valuable property.

How It Works
The GTU 10 is small, lightweight and waterproof. It easily attaches to a backpack, pet collar or whatever is important to you.

When you purchase a new GTU 10, it comes with 1 year of Standard Tracking, so you’ll be ready to go once you register and activate it in your Garmin account.

Then, you can view the location of your GTU 10 on a map from the friendly confines of your computer or query its position on your smartphone. For an added level of convenience, you can download the free Garmin Tracker™ app for your mobile device to compare your current location to the direction and location of your GTU 10.
