The AMILO Notebook X series provides you with great connectivity. eSATA, USB 2.0 and IEEE1394 allow you to connect your notebook to a variety of devices and the integrated Bluetooth® enables you to synchronize the calendars in your notebook and mobile phone. The HDMI port lets you connect your notebook to an external display using just one cable for the audio and video feed.
Protect your data
The keyboard is spill-proof up to 50ml. This is enough to protect your notebook from an accidental spill. However, we recommend a backup as well as a system shut-down should liquids come into contact with the keyboard. The spill-proof protection does not prevent data loss caused by water damage. If this should happen, please contact your local customer service desk.

normal double layer DVD – not to mention improved sound quality and space to include additional features and content. Compared to CD or DVD, Blu-ray Discs are exceptionally durable and resist scratches, dust, and fingerprints.
Security or capacity- it’s your choice
RAID 0: Implements data striping to provide the best possible performance but does not offer any kind of fault tolerance.
RAID 1: Defines disk mirroring for simultaneous writing of data on two disks. If one drive fails, all data can be
(optional, only if two HDDs are installed) accessed on the second drive.
Disk duplexing: In addition to disk mirroring, an extra, redundant controller is used to increase fault tolerance for high performance or high security.
