Good points:
Brilliant. Does what it says. Simple to use, small and very fast. Can cope with the smallest of receipts. I use it with Paperless.
Bad points:
I do get a few more paper jams than I would expect - mainly when I have been using the scanner for a long time. Not enough for me to do anything about other than restart it.

Confirmed purchase: 14 Jun 2010

KC, London

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
High quality scans, good software and a variety of options whether you're scanning just receipts in black and white or need a high quality scan of a colour photo. Small and compact unit, fairly quiet in operation.
Bad points:
It's very easy for the paper to get drawn through at an angle and even to get mangled in the rollers, so you often have to guide the paper through by hand if it's anything other than regular A4 size. If you choose high quality there is an inevitable wait for the scan to be processed. Some of the options are hidden in menus which can be awkward especially if you have a pile of varied things to scan and so need to change between various quality settings.

James, London

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
-Small
-Great Mac software - simple to get started but great flexibility to integrate into the way you work
-OCR performance is excellent
-Reliable - I've done hundreds of scans one after another while scanning my archive
Bad points:
-the Mac software has a couple of annoyances mainly that windows jump to the front and can't be hidden during the scanning and OCR process. This makes it harder to do other things when scanning a long document.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Scans both sides automatically and with the sheet feeder makes scanning so much quicker and easier. Automatic adaptation to the paper size, no more fiddling with A4 vs Letter size. Compact size.
Bad points:
No cancel button for when I make a mistake!

Well built, excellent easy to use software. Scan to folder, mail etc etc. Lots of choices, remembers your last location for storage. Has worked every time I've plugged in faultlessly.
