Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Solid case, feels like it will last.
Mousepad has a nice feel to it; although it's small, it's responsive and easy to use. It's also VERY customisable, with gestures and scrolling options where every parameter is adjustable. But it's hard to find the control panel for these features, which are disabled by default. Perservere - it's worth it.
Display is clear and low on reflection
Bad points:
Power cord can foul DVD drive when it opens; make sure you have the right-angle in the cord facing AWAY from you
Comes preinstalled with Office2010 trial; waste of disk space, especially as, even on a "virgin" machine, it won't run...
Keyboard looks a bit "Fisher-Price" like, with flat-topped, square keys. But the feel is good and it's easy enough to type on. Won't win admiring glances in the boardroom, though.
Didn't know anyone still made power bricks that big!
