Good points:
the clam shell design stops my 89 yr old father from making mistake calls. the screen is large enough for him to see and the handy strap means he can wear it round his neck so can hear it, and not lose it.
Bad points:
none really, but for an elderly person the buttons could be bigger, the screen could be bigger, the ring tone could be louder and the instructions could be more simple and basic. this phone is better and cheaper than a land line and means i can now get hold of my dad.

Good points:
Clear buttons and good volume. Clear and simple. Looks and feels smart despite the clarity.
Bad points:
Bit pricey for a simple phone but worth it for a well designed easy see/hear phone.
