An excellent machine. Beats Apple badly!
Bad points:
Too bad that Dell have concluded the production of Adamo 13. Also, I wish there was an internal optical drive.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
This computer is great; so great that I have purchased a second one (this onyx one is my second one). I basically use this computer as my workstation, and then bring it home evenings and weekends for personal use. I'll write about the one I have been using for a year to keep this review valid and useful for real users.
First off the specs: It's an Adamo Desire with 1.4 processor, 4G RAM, and a 250G SSD harddrive. I mainly use Office and Quickbooks with a bit of PS for work, and web browsing for personal. Despite this not having a large processor, the speed and response are quite quick and generally more than adequate for my needs. Screen resolution is great, and the keyboard is second to none (including thinkpads). Battery is average (3-3.5 hours real world useage).
Build and design: Generally good quality. The fit and finish is nearly flawless, and the materials are top-notch. You really feel great using this machine. The design is unique, and the thinness drops jaws. The backlit keyboard is far superior to other setups. The ports, and touch controls are well thought out and very relevant to real life useage.
Bad points:
Over a year of useage, a few things have come up. The biggest dissapointment came a couple months ago when I opened the lid with one hand. I noticed a ripple in the screen. Later on that day I noticed the glass had actually cracked! It is a hairline fracture that doesn't affect the picture, but nonetheless it appears to be a design defect. I suppose racing to be the thinnest can result in overwhelmed frames and screens.
The other big dissapointment is with the manufacturer. I tried 3-4 times to order a new LCD and was nearly always hung up on after holding for 20-30 minutes and empty promises of calls back. I was fully prepared to pay for the screen. Believe it or not, I decided it simply wasn't worth the headache to replace the screen for the crack and am using it as is.
A few other smaller gripes; the touchpad is very moody, when the computer is booted up or awoken in power saver mode, the wifi sometimes needs a couple of resets to catch the network properly. The display port to external LCD fails and crashes once in a while. And finally, there is no external mic input!

Good points:
Cracking machine!! I like the fact this laptop is small, it's light weight, the build quality and finish is fantastic and feels so well machined. The backlit keyboard is superb. The screen is glass and feels so much better for it. This machine easily competes with the Apple Air!
Bad points:
I only have two gripes - the mouse mat will take a bit of getting used to as it is hyper sensitive. And the screen claims to be edge-to-edge. It's not, you lose about 1.5cm all the way around. Even so, the screen size is still more than adequate.
