Good points:
The print quality is very good for the price of the printer. I haven’t tried printing with photo quality paper yet, but looking at the quality of regular colour printing I would imagine it is pretty good.
The printer takes separate ink cartridges for the 5 colours (including two types of black) helps save on ink costs, which for some printers, can be quite expensive. But for this printer, the cartridges are fairly cheap. The reason for the two ink cartridges is so for different types of black ink, one for regular printing, and one for photo quality black. Again this seems to save on ink cost.
The printer has two paper in locations, one in the traditional holder at the back of the printer, but there is also an option to use an extended tray feeding in from under the printer, which I have found to be extremely useful when considering space.
One other feature that the printer has, that I have found very helpful, is that it has a duplex print option, such that it can print on both sides of the paper (prints on one side, then takes the page back in and prints out on the other side) I don’t think many other printers (at least not other models that I looked at) has this option.
Bad points:
I think the only bad point about this printer is the overall size. The printer itself is a little bulky, the picture can be deceptive in this aspect. I can’t fault the printer in any other way… but there are some features such as the CD printing facility that I haven’t had the need to use yet, therefore I cannot rate this (and any other features that I haven’t used) very well.

Good points:
Bought this printer after having a good look at what was on offer at the time. It has a lot of good features, the normal print and photo print qaulity is superb, CD/DVD printing is a breeze and again good qaulity, the software is also very easy to master, cant fault it so far. The cartridges hold a lot of ink and are not a bad price compared to some makes, also compatable ink carts are available at lower prices.
Bad points:
Ita a little bit on the big side
