Good points:
I bought a BT Diverse 6250 Twin system in December 2006 from this company via Amazon. Installation (registration) of this additional (3rd) BT Diverse 6200 handset purchased direct in January 2010 was carried out according to the instructions supplied and no problems were encountered. The handset is the same one as the original twin handsets and comes with its own mains charger which can be table or wall-mounted. The charger is the same one as supplied for the 2nd phone on the original twin system (the 1st phone uses the base station/answering machine for charging). The handset parks in the charger when needing re-charged after about 4 days. The intercom function is particularly useful whereby a user can call any one of the registered handsets thus giving you an internal phone system. The Name Directory can be updated to any other handset using the Names/Options 'Copy Directory' function. The wireless range is quite good although this will depend greatly on the location of your base station, wall thickness and type. I am generally very pleased with the system.
Bad points:
The screen uses a black font on a blue background and this can make it difficult to read clearly. The method of inputing various characters (such as '&') into the Name Directory can be a bit fiddly and I usually require a look at the system manual to find out how it's done. However, I suspect that regular text users might not find this a problem.
