Score 7.0/10
Good points:
This phone is well designed, and has the features you'd expect from a modern cordless phone. It can link-up with other phones in your home to make a convenient intercom system in your home, which is one of the reasons I bought it. It has caller display, but this only works if you subscribe to caller display on your phone network. It is easy to link up the phones if you have 4 or more, but you have to find the instructions online, as the full instructions are not provided with your purchase. That is why I only give this an overall 7 out of 10.
Bad points:
Full instructions not included, you have to look online. Most of the ring tones are quite harsh and annoying.

Kate, London Business user

Score 3.0/10
Good points:
Nothing out of the ordinary
Bad points:
The leads into the phone cradles are badly designed. They come out extremely easily if the cradle is even lightly jogged. They are also annoying to put back as they are designed in weird Tetris shapes. The cradle is light and easily knocked or moved, which causes the lead to come out. The reception on the second and third handsets is very poor.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
The phones are very easy to use, once fully charged it only took a matter of minutes to set them up and input numbers into the phones address book..
We were looking for a trio handset at a decent price and most we thought were very overpriced then we found these and were very surprise at the price compared to other trio sets that have the same features. We can now hear the phone ring from any where in the house or from either garden as the ringer volume sets to quite loud!!
A STYLISH PHONE WITH MANY FEATURES AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE!!! :).
Bad points:
We have noticed that when making or / recieving a call it is very hard to hear the person on the other end most of the time even though the the volumes are set on the phone to the highest possible setting..this would be a problem for anyone hard of hearing.Even though i only phone a friend 2 miles away i cant hear them properly on the other end...you would think im phoning half way round the world with how bad the reception is.
