Following in the footsteps of the Bowers & Wilkins wireless AirPlay speakers, the T7 is the first portable Bluetooth speaker from this brand supporting Android devices – as well as Apple phones and tablets, computers and other Bluetooth devices. The T7 also supports the superior aptX Bluetooth codec, while there’s also a 3.5mm auxiliary input for making a wired connection as well as a power jack and a USB service input for software updates.
With its small and compact design and up to 18 hours playback time, this portable speaker can be taken anywhere easily. Most notable about the design is the honeycomb texturing which acts as a bracing for the cabinet and aims to reduce resonance.
Two specially designed 50mm glass fibre drivers are inside, each made from the same material as used in the Bowers & Wilkins’s other wireless music systems, while two auxiliary bass radiators (ABR) help to add the necessary bass. A power pack is supplied for mains power and charging.
