Bad points:
Door shelves are curved, with only the central section being wide enough to cater for 2litre milk cartons on the bottom shelf, and the upper shelves can only hold a pack of six eggs in the centre of the shelf.
The ends of the shelves are too narrow to hold a pack of butter.
The shelf spacing slots in the fridge compartment are oddly spaced and an extra shelf would be of great use.
As it is now I have large area of unusable space.

The freezer top draw has a low cut back, which allows packages to fall over the top and prevent the door from closing.
This severely restricts the amount of useful space available for storage.
The central draw is too large.
The bottom draw is far too narrow and prone to come out completely on opening.
Overall, the draw spacing is not proportional, and the freezer compartment would benefit from the provision of an extra draw.

Really disappointed with this model as it was totally comparable in external dimensions and price with my previous Bosch fridge freezer.
I ordered it on-line, and it was installed whilst I was away working.
Wish now I had the time to visit a showroom before buying.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Lots of capacity.
Tall.
Useful internal features such as wine bottle rack and beer bottle dispenser.
Bad points:
Doors do not shut very securely - e.g. sometimes if the freezer door is pushed shut, the fridge door will open automatically.
There is no temperature alarm like many freezers have, so we have once or twice left the door open by mistake overnight.
The exterior door handles have cracked after one year.

Trays could be sturdier. Separate place for ice tray would be useful.
