Alex, Belfast

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Easy to use. Have found it a help on sore muscles and lower back discomfort.

It is strange using for first time and I would recommend a test go somewhere local to you, such as a local gym.
Bad points:
Once built it is not easy to move as it is heavy better being built where it is to permanently stay.

For floor exercises it is difficult to change speed without getting up, but this applies to a lot of machines.

Paul, Horley, Surrey

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
Well made and excellent value for money. but this is not a vibro plate it is a rocking plate.
Bad points:
The correct principle is that the foot plate should vibrate, whereas on this product the deck rocks from side to side. With the rocking motion, particularly at higher speeds, it's very hard to stand firmly on the plate as the rocking movement causes the sole of the foot to lift when the plate moves downward and it then slaps down again when the plate moves back upwards. So the product is not really what it says it is and does not vibrate.

Geoff, Sheerness Kent Active 60 year old

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
A lot of short programe to choose from
Bad points:
The frame handles could be changed (like the more expencive modle) to make some programes easyer to preform.
You need about 4sq metres if you want to get the best out of this machine.
