Good points:
Low price. Good board layout. Passively cooled chipset. Excellent bios with extensive overclocking options ( which were improved with later revisions to the bios ) Very stable & good overclocking board. Flashing utility built into bios.
Bad points:
CMOS reset jumper is awkward to reach with a large'ish gfx card installed ( I use a Gainward 7900GS ). The card needs to be removed to get access to the jumper to reset the bios, which can be annoying when tweaking an overclock. Manual lacking in places at explaining many of the bios options available for overclocking. Have neved used the HDMI / onboard sound features of the board,so cannot comment on them.

Good points:
I wanted a mATX for my Media Center project. Using a DVD sized case, I wanted something with a build in graphics card and Svideo out, to reduce the need for any PCIe cards.

This mobo has it all, TV out, HDMI, VGA and DVI-D outputs. Support for 10 USB ports, build in Radeon X1250 and support for AM2 CPUs.

Anyone considering a Media PC should seriously look at this board.
Bad points:
The only negative (not an issue for me as this is only connected to my analogue TV) you can only use one of the analogue and one of the digital video outs simultaneously.

Good points:
Like the mutliple choice of output to screen
Bad points:
audio from the soundcard is quiet, and was unable to source an spdif adapter for the board (so had to purchase a seperate card), which in my opinion should have been included with the product - not sure about the hdmi output as don't have a hdmi display, but am currently building another for a friend who will be using hdmi
