Good points:
Compares favourably with the foreign competition, works well, looks good and importantly.........it's British!
Bad points:
I think the control knobs should be a little more rugged and the cooling fan a little quieter. Very minor cons.

Bill, Family Man

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
For us the main reason to get a gas oven is because its carbon footprint is 60% less than electric. This will save about 200kg of CO2 annually (see carbonfootprint.com). In use the oven cooks perfectly, and we think everything is moister than with electric, since the combustion gases contain water vapour. The grill is electric and produces the best pork crackling.
Bad points:
It is difficult to install, requiring both a gas installer and a separate electrician. Technically it does not have an efficiency rating, but in practice it is built identically to its A-rated electric sibling. Sadly there is no gas oven on the market with an on-timer, for fairly obvious reasons.

Don, OAP couple from Wales

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very stylish, not too much s/steel to clean, the handles that you do need to touch have a finish that does not show fingerprints. Not too complicated to use and is working well. Very good value compared to the next competitor and also nice to see the Made in Britain tag....we can do something right after all.
Bad points:
Some have mentioned that the doors do not totally open to the horizontal to allow plates to rest on them. I suspect perhaps this may be a deliberate design however it does make the smaller oven difficult to access when hot. Short people will have to be careful as the angle of the door could catch their arms. Not a deal breaker for me as it is such a good buy, you just need that extra care.
