- Good points:
Feature packed for the price, although this is an end of line model. Very easy to use, not at all complicated. Good choice of programs but, as with other dishwashers, you would only probably use 1 or 2 of them.
Quite easy to install, paricularly the door once the template is fitted correctly. I had to modify my door as one of the hinge holes was exactly where a crucial screw should go. I bought a couple of brackets to bridge the hole and everything was ok. Like the fact that the rear legs are adjustable from the front of the unit. This can be a bit fiddly but it's far easier than having to pul the unit out and push it back to adjust them several times.
The dishwasher is very quite, hardly know it's on really. Dishes are almost always spotless when they come out although some really stubborn baked on food may need to be loosened before washing.
Instructions are easy to follow and quite compreensive.
All together quite pleased with the purchase so far.
- Bad points:
Cycle times seem to be a bit long but my previous dishwasher had an auto feature which adjusted the cycle time acording to when the dishes were clean so I'm not comparing like for like. When left running over night this isn't a problem.
There seems to be a fair amont of water left on the sides of the dishwasher when the cycle is complete. The dishes are generally fine and this may just be a case of tweaking the amount of rinse aid etc. It's not really a major problem.
Be careful once the door is fitted! This makes the dishwasher unbalanced and until it's secured in its location it could topple forwards.
The top basket doesn't runs smoothly on its runners and needs a bit of jiggling to push it back particularly when fully loaded.
The holes in the cutlery basket are a little small for some of the cutlery we have. However we've overcome this problem by removing one of the covers and placing the items directly in the basket.
