Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Stylish looking, black and shiny. I was tempted by other coloured laptops, like pink, but went with this one on the battery life and performance. I haven't had it long enough to fully explore what it can do, but I am hopeful that this can give me the support I need for my writing career, photographs, music downloads etc.
Bad points:
I bought Office Home and Student 2010 at the same time, which has been pre-loaded on the laptop. I can use it, but am having problems getting the keycard activated, I haven't spent much time on it but it seems extremely difficult to get help from microsoft to do this.
