Good points:
I bought this as a replacement for the laptop I bought when I started my first year of university. I wanted a laptop with a graphics card so I could do my uni work on this mostly leaving my pc for media and gaming, but also one that could be taken home on the weekend and if I did want to play a game I still could. For the price this is an amazing piece of hardware. It has handled anything I have thrown at it easily it came with all the software I would need including recovery media for windows 7 x86 AND x64 and it looks fantastic.
I would be more than happy to recommend this to someone who doesnt want a desktop and wants a laptop only as I feel it more than does any job you should generally need.
Bad points:
The processor is a dual core but not a core2Duo. I think this is the only issue I had, but it doesn't bother me too much or I would have gone and rpelaed the processor. It's more of a niggling issue and not really that big of a deal for me.

Good points:
For such a large laptop, it is very light and sleek. The cooling system also means it doesn't overheat very easily and your wrists remain cool. A superb laptop for gaming and entertainment needs.
Bad points:
Battery life is not as good as advertised.
Webcam could be improved.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
The value for money really makes this laptop amazing. I thought I was going to have to spend loads on a gaming machine, but now realise that this machine does the job well enough. It runs all the games that I like to play. I think it might struggle with the newest games on full graphics, but you can just turn the settings down. 17" screen is big enough for games and its not too heavy. I would definitely recommend this machine to anybody.
Bad points:
The only major drawback for me is the battery life, as it only lasts about 60-90 minutes. I personally tend to have it plugged in though so it isn't really an issue, but for mobile users, I would look at a different machine.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Very clean crisp design, and it performs well. The screen is nice, very bright. I play eve online on it, which it runs well, and the microphone is ok after a bit of initial tweaking. Touch wood so far Ive not had any crashes, or strange bugs, the OS and hardware seems pretty stable. Ive tried some other games on it also, all seem to be ok.
Bad points:
You need a seperate mouse as the built in pointing device is pretty terrible. Battery life isnt amazing.
