Good points:
I like the design of the keyboard. Having just had a Toshiba netbook, which had a very small keyboard suitable for the fingers of a small child the Asus is far superior. The keys are clear and easy to see. I was impressed by the support offered by Zuumedia who helped me with an unexpected problem which manifested itself almost immediately.
Bad points:
This came about when the Assus netbook failed to hold the broadband wireless signal. My broadband provider Plusnet suggested the problem was with the computer and indeed they were proved to be correct. I am not sure this is a common fault with Assus netbooks but Zuumedia was able to fix it quickly. Something potential buyers should be aware of. Also the battery life is shorter than expected I am lucky to get more than 3 hours between charges;

Good points:
Really small and light, but with enough of a bulk to make it user friendly as opposed to something that would be more suited for a child.
Bad points:
Was slow to start running, but a quick email to ASUS support fixed that.
