This is a great desk best i've found, bought one for my son when he was 3 is now 5 and he uses it daily and is as good today as the day I bought it. Easy to put together and very hard wearing. Was so impressed I have just purchased a second one for my 3 year old nephew. Saw online at toys r us for a much higher price, well done tesco direct.
Bad points:
Thought desk lift up lid was a bit flimsy but after over 2 years and loads of use is still as new.

Good points:
Great desk, really sturdy and colourful. This desk has fab storage compartments, handy shelving and a super little light, great for small fingers. The side pockets are really spacious with plenty of room for books, paper etc. My little boy and his friends (and mums) are very impressed. The desk comes with a neat little stool and it's easy to put together. It's also easy to wipe down and keep clean. Would definitely recommend, though shop around for a good price as it's not cheap! Well worth the money so far.
Bad points:
The top of the desk has a wooden lid with a small storage space underneath, this was a little chipped on delivery, think this was more about where I got it from than the manufacturer. It's been fine, not chipped any further.

Good points:
This is a lovely sturdy desk - my daughter is 6 and will still have a few years use out of it. It has lots of compartments for storing pens, paper, books, and craft bits - really nice product.
Bad points:
You have to screw it together through plastic and sometimes the screws don't locate correctly. The supplied stool is a little to tall to get the childs legs underneath (we swapped it for a lower chair which also gives back support. It is large (make sure you measure the space you have well - it can look imposing even though it fits into a measured space) but ample space for storing things

This desk is fantastic. It is really tough and sterdy, it has loads of storage and a big enough writing area to fit an open A4 book. The light it really bright, so that my daughters not straining her eyes.
I have had many items from Step 2 all made with the same quality tough plastic! A********
Bad points:
A bit expensice but if it lasts as long as my toy box thats now 13years old and still standing its worth it!
