Good points:
Neat, readable and amazing what has been packed into such a small device.
Bad points:
You need to persevere with this product, especially connecting and adding apps. Best to use the PC 1st.
Once you get going it all becomes clearer. Archos seem to assume you know a lot about how it functions as the instructions are very basic. I guess some of the expensive phones are very similar and if you can handle these you are OK. Like me, who did not need a new phone, this seemed to be the best compromise to be able to connect to the MS Outlook data. This needs more purchased software.

Good points:
slim, fits easily in your pocket.
Fair range of Apps available, some do not work with all devices though. Many seem a waste of time.
Good for movies although screen is a little dark, music, more of a freally nice stylish mp3 player really than a competitive media player but as such I though very good value for money.

Looks good with good design, OK the camera could be better positioned.
Haven't tried Tethering to a phone yet, great principle to emulate the Iphone connectivity if you have free internet on your phone...we'll see how fast it is.

Daughter loves the Angry birds game she first played on our friends iphone. So some apps seem to be the same.

Overall: it fulfils the purpose, I am quite happy with it, so much that I was going to borrow it on a business trip this week but she wouldn't let me. So that has to be positive.
Bad points:
This is NOT an Ipod Touch! do not buy it thinking it is. I bought it from my 10 yr old and it is perfect. If she was a couple of years older and it would have been an ipod Touch .

I don't like the fact that when charging connected to the PC you can't create playlists.
Wifi strength seems a little on the weak side, have had a few times where it wouldn't connect to the apps store when in the lounge, but was OK when at the PC. And no I do not live in a Mansion where the lounge and PC are in different wings! the rooms are next door to each other. Maybe it was the fact of going through a wall. My laptop never has any issues. I'd have liked to download iplayer, but BBC won't let you as it does not recognise your location so it doesn't recognise your device. I don't know if it works on iTouch.

Good points:
As a Linux user, I was looking for a device that was compatible. The Archos 32 fully met this specification. Just plug and play.
Upgrading the android firmware to Froyo was a simple task.
Charging is done through a usb cable so easy to keep charged
All round a great product for its price range
Bad points:
It would be nice to be able to upgrade the memory capacity through a media card.
Camera takes a while to get used to as its at the bottom of the device

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Great little device, packed with features. Screen quality is good and many games of Angry Birds have been enjoyed. Battery life is excellent. Applications and music are simple to install. WiFi works. Great value for money
Bad points:
Lacks an SD card, no protective, have to purchase codec of Archos for smooth video playback (lip sync can be lost on version supplied), and would be great if their were some after-market accessories.
