Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Look great especially sitting next to a black monitor, not experienced any finer desktop speakers yet. Perform excellently for films, games and music in my smallish room at home, sitting on a desk with a wall behind them. Sub needs some toning down some times to keep everyone else in the house happy cause it can sure belt it out in all ranges. Dual input for mac & xbox makes life even sweeter. On/off switch on the top and a good solid connector cable between the two speakers.
Bad points:
Can't find one yet but I suppose some would fault the lack of controls on the speakers but surely most people can get the sounds they want from the equaliser and presets of the input devices, so not really a bad point unless that would be a struggle.

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Really easy to install and use. No loss of sound quality when the volume is turned up, very good bass sound. Visually- unattractive somewhere between a dalek and a traffic cone.. but you can live with that as they're good value for the money.

Good points:
Very good, especially for the price - well worth buying if your bored of basic PC speakers with poor quality audio.
Bad points:
No manual way to adjust treble/bass.
Produces quite a lot of bass.
