David, West Sussex Family cook

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Got these ovens for a great price, as we are currently redecorating our Kitchen. It was cheaper to buy two ovens rather than a double oven. No regrets, as they look great and comes with two shelves per oven, giving us ample space. Plus cooking time is reduced, as the ovens are fan assisted.

daibthi, n.ireland Occasional cook

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Sleek looking and solidly built. Oven and grill work fantastically well, and it very easy to operate. For the price this AEG oven cannot be beaten. I did a good bit of research, this oven fits all my needs. It heats quickly, with a fantastic fan giving even, all over heat. Temperatures set correspond well with temperature reached by the oven. Full size grill with 3 different functions: half, full, and turbo with fan grilling. The only things it doesn't have are top and bottom heating (which I woudn't use anyway) and self cleaning ( think I can manage without that!)/ Top notch product.
Bad points:
No grill pan handle, but that's no big deal.

Good points:
simple design and function so very easy to use. 5 shelves mean there's lots of room. heats up to temperature very quickly and although we've only had it a week (so haven't got round to using all the different functions), it's very quiet and user-friendly so far

Ovens and Cookers Buying Guide

Manufacturer's Description

You’re getting a great capacity for a single oven with this model. The 71 litres inside makes it one of the largest on the market, giving you loads of flexibility.

The enamel interior makes it a lot easier to clean too as it has anti-stick qualities. Any spillages and dirt are easier to simply wipe away. The glass inside the door itself is also removable, so you can take it out to clean – keeping your oven looking in top condition for longer.

The electric grill is fantastic for quick snacks. It can also offer a healthy alternative. By grilling you bacon and sausages in the morning instead of frying them, you’ll significantly reduce the fat content.

As a safety feature, the Isofront door is brilliant. It’s basically made up of lots of layers while being covered in a heat reflective coating that keeps the door a lot cooler. This is great for peace of mind if you have a few kids running around.
