Good points:
I have always had a chest freezer but I find this upright freezer better to see what you have. I like the fact that the shelves are boxes and Ive bee surprised with what they hold. A solid product all round and Im more than happy with it. It has also created space in the garage
Bad points:
I found it difficult to attach the handle to the door as there was no space for the screwdriver. I eventually hit on the idea of using sons pocket penknife that contained a screwdriver that you could angle. Some screw with an allen key fitting would have been easier to do.

Good points:
Looks good
Bad points:
Due to the poor finish on the inside of door at the top, white plastic showing on the silver surround, I had a replacement freezer and the previous fault was an improvement, however, there are other faults with the freezer quality of this one. Inside, the plastic liner has a fault in the form of what looks like a scag, the shelves that the drawers fit on are badly finished in the middle of the front in the form of big indents and there is tape protruding onto the inside of the cabinet from under the outer casing. The plastic sides of the case are poorly finished. The handle is a bad design as it flexes when you open the door due to the very good seal around the door. To finish, the freezer is advertised as being Stainless Steel, it is not, magnets will stick to it, my guess is it's brushed steel to look like Stainless Steel. An expensive bad judgement of a quality product.

Good points:
Excellent build quality, kitchen eye candy for sure! It has a huge capacity, so no more excuses for running out of bread & milk. A+ energy consumption means is pretty cheap to run, and is going to be long term not only better for our pockets but the environment as well. The motor is just a whisper, you have to get close to check its running. If the initial outlay isn't too much of a problem, then this beauty is well worth the extra expense. Also you get an excellent 5 year waranty, peace of mind to boot.
Bad points:
None at the first months usage. Hoping I won't have to update this section in the future.
