Score 10.0/10
Good points:
really pleased with this notebook,
Bad points:
nothing really other than the mouse pad has to be held down to click rather than just tapping it
the sound is quiet , even on full volume (the speakers are underneath) external speakers can be used to help so not really much of a problem.

Score 7.0/10
Good points:
Purchased as a basic stylish laptop for my daughter. Main use is Internet, homework (research and Office 2010) and social networking. Has proved more than adequate for these tasks.
Bad points:
Screen issues developed soon after purchase and had to be collected for repair. Now back with new screen, but daughter without it for over a week. Disappointing as unit was supposedly "refurbished" prior to purchase.....
