Good points:
A great idea for a machine that is space saving and attractive. It is perfectly capable of carrying out normal office jobs and having an internet connection, whilst looking stylish and not having loads of wires trialing all over the place. In fact if more pc manufacturers could join the revolution that Mac started years ago with the 'all in one machine', I am sure it would be huge success. Ours are on view to our customers and they are often conversation starters which is never a bad thing.
Also, having XP installed a BIG bonus for us as our franchisers software will not run on newer versions of windows.
Bad points:
Lacking a little in general computing power compared to an equivalent priced new laptop for example, and even more difficult to upgrade for most people. Don't buy if ou want a gaming machine, even for the kids, but if you want a straightforward machine that will do office tasks, its perfect. The screens have some adjustability of angle, but could do with a bit more, they dont quite go high enough from desk, particularly for a longer bodied person, but will be acceptable for most.

Good points:
Looks great, uses a very small amount of space - and all from one plug! No more spaghetti cabling. Very quiet, quick enough for me. Unlikely to be a gamers PC, but for standard internet/Office etc it's more than capable. Runs very quietly, plenty of connectivity...2 USBs taken up by mouse and keyboard but remember, with a built in webcam and a multi-card reader also built in, the three remaining ports are plenty really.
Large screen allows movies/DVD/iPlayer viewing fairly comfortably and bulit in wireless allows a degree of portability - screen folds down easily onto base and doesn't take up much more space than a large laptop.
Great value - especially if bought as recon (as i did). Though my first recon arrived with a broken screen & had to be returned. Efficient returns process though & the new one works perfectly.
Bundled with MS Works & various recovery/backup applications from the TechGuys (just remember to put these onto a backup hard drive!!
Bad points:
It feels a bit flimsy at times. Particularly the CD Drive door. Always feel as though i have to treat it with a lot of care when putting programme/Music/DVDs into the drive.
Whole unit possibly a little low for some tastes. Ok for me but not much adjustability in screen height and none for twisting. USB ports can be a little awkward to access but only because the base unit is so slim.
Overall, great value & some little foibles can be easily overcome.

Good points:
Compact. Attractive. Easy to set up and use.

Bad points:
The guarantee is written in Polish so I cannot fill it in. The keyboard (the retailer tells me) is American and the symbols on the keys are not always what is displayed on the screen. The instrictions on the box the keyboard came in was written in Chinese. The system was supplied with a mouse which has a PS2 connector which was completely useless as it needs a mouse with a USB connector. My overall impression is that as the description said it came with a keyboard and a mouse one of each were thrown into the box regardless of whether it was compatable.

Good points:
Very compact and user friendly - even my husband got to grips with it quickly and he's not very computer literate. Also boots up very quickly and has enough power for all our needs.
Bad points:
Can't play dvd's on it as the codec isn't installed - tried researching on Internet, installed upgrade but still says not compatible. Not sure how to resolve this one!
