Carolyn, Reading A novice at exercise

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
It was fairly easy to assemble as long as you have a man to help you - my daughter and I tried to put most of it together on our own but had to get my husband's assistance in the end as the instructions weren't that clear and you need to be reasonably strong to tighten all the screws properly - took about 3 hours in total. Once assembled it is easy to use and program.
Bad points:
It isn't a heavy duty machine - I weigh about 11 stone and it is fine for me but it does move along the floor slightly as I use it so would not be suitable for anyone who is much heavier.

Bad points:
The turning circle is too small and I can't use it in such a way that I straighten my legs once per revolution making it very uncomfortable and dificult. The turning circle should be bigger.
