Good points:
small, light. It's nice not to have to worry about various issues with security or windows os. This turns on and in 10 seconds you're ready to get on google. No clutter on the main screen, and it syncs easy with your google account which means if you use chrome signed in else where, you take you settings with you.
Bad points:
Battery is poor. 3 hours is not long compared to my old laptop, which could last several hours.
I miss microsoft office...google docs is ok, but I have had issues with downloading as different formats, and all the layout has moved.
The system is really slow as showing photos/images from the onboard drive. Supposed to be 4gb ram, but it doesn't seem very powerful. Takes ages to load each picture.

Score 2.0/10
Good points:
When I first got my laptop, I was really impressed. It was fast and efficient. The size was good, and it seemed good quality and value for money. I do like how it looks, but it was too fragile. The battery life let it down.
Bad points:
I didn't realize that I couldn't download skype at first, which was really disappointing. After a month of purchasing this product, the screen went strange. I hadn't touched it at all yet a quarter of the screen went white and it looks like there is a crack, but I can't feel anything and it's clearly coming from inside the monitor. Apparently the warrenty doesn't cover it. Very disapointing.

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
For what it is it is very good - excellent even. it does exactly what it says it does battery life is god and it is compact. buy the bigger one if you are using the thing more but the 10 inch one is a great alternative to a tablet.

Bad points:
none really takes a bit of getting used to. comes in a massive great cardboard box that makes you think it's massive.

unfathomable twisting charger setup not a problem though.
