Good points:
Excellent large screen, fast to access files, looks beautiful
Bad points:
CD jammed in the DVD drive and I had to send it back and 28 days later still no replacement. What seems like good value for money is short lived if you then don't actually have the product any more because it's in the shop.

Good points:
Great looking system, well designed and streamlined with touchscreen and most things you would need even an eSata input for external HDD's for higher speeds than USB. i like the multimedia capability and freeview tuner, would be nice if there were 2 tuners so you had the option of watching somthing else while you record.

The sound is pretty good considering the small space for the speakers, of course you also have alternative output options for audio. Love the light toggle one acts as a keyboard light, the others on the feet just there to look good. it shows that some thought went into the design although they didnt get it 100% right...
Bad points:
Keyboard feels cheap the plasticy silver finish easily wears & quite a bad design keyboard with no 'fn' function buttons therefore losing important control over your system, mentioned below.. not even a clue to let you know if you have cap lock on or off!

On the PC there is NO indication of Hard disk useage no flashing light on this really quiet HDD so you have to look for the freeware software to put on your desktop to do the job.

There is absolutely no easy way of controlling your screen brightness it took months to find a suitable freeware that did the job - volumouse - allows you to control volume, brightness & other options with your mouse wheel.

SCREEN power-save - you're joking aren't you? this is what i mean by no 'fn' functions on the keyboard! brightness as mentioned and screen 'off' / on toggle... again freeware ' monpwr' a little icon on your desktop which you click to turn the screen off, comes back on with a mouse or spacebar press.

as mentioned above on a previous review, CDs & DVDs can get stuck. its more of a software problem i think as it just doesnt 'want' to eject them even with a system eject nor after a reboot- there is a simple solution though - get a slim knife a little double sided tape on the end turn your PC off, insert the knife into the dvd slot just a little to feel the edge of the cd and attach the sticky knife to the label side - the side nearest to you.. it comes out just like that.. and no need to send it off... as a test, i inserted the same disc in again and it was alright and has been ever since. so these flukes sometimes happen...

After 6 months of use i noticed the hard drive getting a little noisy and clicky. month later windows warned of an imminent HDD failure with a back up now! msg. Lucky i did as 2 days later the PC packed in and wouldn't boot up at all not even to bios. so it was sent off for repair..

still looking forward to having me acer all in one back ! :)

Good points:
Huge screen and no wires. My office is now much neater than before.
Bad points:
Sadly I have had to return the PC to Acer for repair after less than one month because the DVD drive has jammed (with a CD inside). I don't know whether this will turn out to be a common problem with this PC. It's the first time I have ever had to return a PC to the manufacturer and it's no fun after you've got all your stuff transferred to it then to have to send it way.
