Score 10.0/10
Good points:
Battery life, keyboard user friendly with good size keys which are responsive, very light and portable, bright screen which doesn't feel too small. It also doesn't get hot at all so I don't need a laptray as I did with my old laptop. I only use a computer for internet browsing, skype and e-mail and found my old laptop too heavy and cumbersome - I am so pleased with this netbook as it does everything I need, whilst being compact and lightweight. I also love the colour!!
Bad points:
None so far

Overall a good machine for a netbook especially as it came pre installed with Windows 7 Premium rather than Windows 7 Starter. Memorory can be expanded to 4gb.
Bad points:
Battery only good for 4/5 hours. So have ordered a spare

Good points:
Looks good and fast page opening etc
Bad points:
purchased two 1 red 1 aqua, just returning the aqua for acer to look at as the bottom cover near the battery locking switch has expanded and popped out from the clips, when you push it back into the clips it still proud of the proper fixed position and just pops out again.

Denise, Retford Business user

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Perfectly sized - 10" netbooks are too small for my needs and a standard laptop is way too big and heavy, this is just right. I'm a stay-at-home, work-at-home mum to a toddler, the portability of this means I can work anywhere in the house or garden (or out) instead of being tied to one room and a desktop, absolutely wonderful.
Performance - comes with 2GB RAM onboard upgradeable to 4GB very cheaply. I was going to upgrade straight away, but so far I don't need to. It's fast enough for my needs and I haven't had any problems playing games on it either. I strongly recommend removing all the useless software Acer include though, and clean up the Startup menu as there's lots on there you won't need and will just slow you down.
Colour - very pretty shade of metallic aqua blue.
Value for money - costs not much more than your average 10" dual-core netbook, and with 2GB of RAM instead of 1GB and Windows 7 Home Premium instead of Starter, this is really good value for money. The C60 processor is good and the screen resolution is superb, higher than most netbooks.
Battery life - I usually get 6 hours at least out of the battery before I need to charge it, this is using it for ordinary office tasks and internet browsing. I get less time if I'm playing games, but not enough to worry about. I'm very impressed with the battery life on this.
Build quality - excellent, especially for the price. My small daughter has already managed to remove most of the keys three times, they've all snapped back on with no problems and no breakages.
Overall very very happy with this little laptop, worth every penny I paid for it and I don't know how I managed without it.
Bad points:
All the extra (and useless) software Acer includes and the time it takes to remove it - I used PC Decrapifier which was marvellous. It must be said though that Acer aren't as bad as certain other makes.
Keyboard has some flex in it which I've got used to now.
