The laptop is great.
Bad points:
The sales staff were clueless, and couldn't use their own computer system. What should have been 5 minutes at click and collect turned into an hour of being lied to.

Bad points:
Word docs suddenly turn into Read Only without my instigating anything.
Docs won't print - I have yet to contact KnowHow to get them to fix this problem. Several docs are now stacked up waiting to be printed.
Suddenly went into Flight Mode - again without my doing anything, so required KnowHow's assistance in getting it to operate on my normal Internet provider.
Several other problems over the last few months, for which I have had to contact KnowHow to resolve. The technicians were not able to tell me why they had occurred.
Also sometimes slower to get to Internet than my old laptop, although I mostly use it on a cable at home.
Several times, I found it refused to connect to the Internet. I would turn on my old laptop and found it would connect to the Internet instantly so there was nothing wrong with my Internet connection.

Generally internet is slow, slower than previous computer also takes longer to start up. Flash keeps crashing making simple games difficult to play, Wi fi keeps dropping out, luckily so far troubleshooting tool has resolved the problem so it is with the computer and not the server. For some reason under drive C I can only access photos and documents on the one drive, so I've had to set my computer folders as favourites so I can access them easily.

Very poor at streaming tv channels I want to watch, such as bt sport or tv. programmes from the pinned opening screen are always crashing and have to be reloaded.
I am very disappointed to say the least, that the office programmes last for one month then you have to pay.
Avast and McAfee pop ups are annoying. Do I need to go on?

It looks smart
Bad points:
The worse laptop I have ever owned. It has gone wrong countless times and I have been refused a replacement or refund. Would not recommend this product at all. The mouse is not easy to use and not particularly responsive.
