David, Ashford General home user

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
This is my first laptop and it does everything I need to use a computer for speedily and efficiently - faster than my 2006 Desktop - and it's quiet too. Doesn't seem to generate excessive heat in operation. I'm so pleased with it that I'm now using it as my main PC and have relegated the Desktop to the spare bedroom!
Bad points:
It wouldn't do for fast gaming - but that's not something that interests me anyway so for me that doesn't matter at all. One persistent fault is that it sometime hangs in the boot screen for longer than it should, but once through that all operates perfectly normally, so I haven't bothered investigating further.
