Good points:
Lovely bike, looks stylish, has disc brakes and suspension. Ten year old son is very happy with the gears and ease of the ride. Packaged very securely.
Bad points:
Very faffy to put together. Had a probelm with the front wheel making a noise and the break pads not sitting right, the instructions did not help at all as they had completely different breaks in.

Bad points:
Bike came with a torn tyre and poor instructions for setting the bike up. After sending this bike back and receiving another bike which was the same make/model this bike was also faulty as the front bars were all twisted and therefore wheel would not slot in properly.

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
Strong well built bike.
Bad points:
Twist grip for gear change very difficult to use. Unable to fully adjust gear mechanism to select all gears. This is a general problem with this system of gear change. The front changer will not select the largest cog.

Score 5.0/10
Good points:
First bike delivered had front forks welded together in wrong position (so wheel couldn't be fitted).
Replacement bike was good value for money , and my 10 year old son is chuffed to bits.
Gear assembly & twist grips of poor quality - quite difficult to set up & twist grips are really too stiff for my son to operate easily & he is a strong lad.
I have many years experience of building my own bikes - so know how to set one up properly , but think that no DIY'ers might have problems when it comes to sorting the gears out.
Gear deraileurs would probably be OK - but are hampered by the poor twist grips.

These arn't complants they are constructive criticisms - over all a really comfy smart looking bike and well worth the cost.
Bad points:
Gear selector twist grips & poor quality deraileur gears.
After a little adjustment - screw heads start to break off if not careful & it will take quite a bit of adjustment to get all gears to engage.
Twist grips really too stiff for most people to operate.
