Louisa,

Score 10.0/10
Good points:
it's brilliant and bigger than you think so it gives more shade. Everyone was impressed withit especially with how much this cost!
Bad points:
The only downside is you do need at least two patio slabs to hold it down which is common if you look in other places. Also it's hard to put together but be patient as it's worth it

Theresa, Basingstoke sort of normal

Score 9.0/10
Good points:
It is a good product and it does what it 'says on the tin'. My son didn't have any problems putting it up and the slabs that are needed to stabalise it make a nice base for plants, so it will look attractive in the garden.
Bad points:
I have no bad points for this product, except that since I brought it, we have had so little sun, but plenty of rain, but I can't blame the product!!

Bad points:
Not made very well. When you crank the umbrella up the top part did not fit together properly. This meant that he cord that holds the umbrella open rubbed on the side of the tubing with the slightest wind movement and broke second time we used it.
