Leading hospitality brand to use Reevoo ratings & reviews across all hotels
International hospitality group Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Plc (M&C) has appointed Reevoo to facilitate guest ratings and reviews of its worldwide portfolio of hotels on the company’s global website, www.millenniumhotels.com.
Reevoo’s appointment means that M&C’s guests will be able to provide immediate reviews and ratings for most M&C hotels, which span Asia, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Verified guests will be able to comment on all aspects of their stay. This will deepen the reader appeal of M&C’s website by providing up-to-date and validated customer experience reports. Reevoo will collect and display guest reviews online with potential customers able to ask past guests questions through Reevoo’s Conversations tool.
Data collected by Reevoo will also enhance M&C customer relations by providing precise measures of guest satisfaction at each of its participating hotels in a timely and efficient manner. The system will provide M&C with a complete customer view, enabling the company to track trends and individual sentiment across scores of individual aspects of the hotel experience, going well beyond room and service ratings.
Reevoo’s appointment followed a six-month trial at five UK hotels that collected over 25,000 customer reviews.
