Reevoo, the cloud-based social commerce solutions provider, and eCircle, a Teradata company (NYSE:TDC) and Europe’s largest supplier of online marketing services, today announced they have signed a partnership agreement that will enable brands and retailers to improve the success of eCRM strategies by incorporating ratings and verified customer reviews into eMarketing campaigns.
The partnership will allow organisations that use both eCircle and Reevoo solutions to:
• Include review requests within email marketing activities
• Offer a unified point of contact for consumers
• Receive a single email to engage them with CRM, and
• Review campaigns rather than multiple messages from the brand.
The integration of Reevoo and eCircle’s solutions also offers brands the ability to better engage consumers with relevant content by embedding reviews and ratings directly into marketing messages, thus increasing click through rates and conversion, for a better return on investment.
