- Only one short cycle all the other are far too long.Fabric conditioner a waste of time ,everything comes out as stiff as a board ! No hot fill.

- Cannot use a timer with it. Length of cycle times. It has a 30oC wash cycle but only for a limited number of items, e.g. not a full loads worth. Although a 6kg drum, cannot seem to fit in as much as my old one. Shallow drum - so hard to lay the washing flat as recommended in the manual. Leaves some water in the detergent dispenser after every wash so have to take it out and empty it.

- Cycles too long, no half load option, no spin only option - VERY annoying. Not that easy to work out controls. Thisd was purchased for a very old man who actually can't use it and needs assistance.

+ It's a good basic machine, but the lack of a 'quick cycle' really lets it down.

- I wouldn't buy this machine again as it has no 'quick cycle' setting. Most of the cycles are over 2 hours, and there is only one short one, but that's for a half load.

+ I am very pleased with this machine the 30 min wash is great and I was really please that it has a fast spin.

+ This model is really good value and has proved really reliable (have already had the previous model). Does iexactly what I need to do, without excess noise and gets clothes really clean. Lovely large drum which makes for easier cleaning of sheets & duvet covers etc. I can normally get away with cleaning most of my washes on a 40 degree wool wash!

- The wash cycles tend to be very slow, so can be a little frustrating on the longer cycles.

- Cycle knob does not move, therefore, you cannot tell where the cycle is/or how long is left before the cycle is finished.

- Cannot see how cycle is progressing until finished. Realise I should have purchased a more expensive version.

- When I saw this machine I bought it because it said it had a mini wash which I took as a quick time wash, and although it does only takes 30min it only allows 2kg of clothes which is nothing,The machine is said to be a 6kg, it does not say in your advert that it is only 6kg if you use the energy efficiency program which takes 185 min which is rediculas, I am very very disapointed in this machines only that it is not discribed good enough

+ Does what it says on the tin. It has all the basic functions and, let's face it - very few of us actually use all the fancy functions on a washing machine, so this is just the job. I bought it because it was one of the cheapest but have found it quite up to the job.

- Only one niggle really - some of the cycles take forever.

+ washer is simple to use ...and alot cheaper than other machines the instructions for the use of the washer cycles are clear and easy to understand but some over two hours( i only use 2 of the cycles 30 minute quick wash which is great , i also use one of the longer cycles takes just over an hour.....much more quiet than my last washer very pleased with my purchase ...

- really can not think of any does what it says on the tin

+ Extremely good value for money. Exceptionally quiet and very clean washing which is really what its all about.

- Would be better if you could see progress thoughout the programme rather than wash/spin.
