+ Finish was good & the design is generally good with the ability to fit a standard 13 amp socket bar down the inside of the post to hide mains cabling. Base stand design is practical and atractive as its wish bone shape is stylish but at the same time unobtrusive unlike other post stands I've seen with huge chunky base plates. For the price this product is well out in front of the competition.

- Not much in this area. Three very minor & one slightly more important. The important one being that when the shelves are tightened to the post there is side play in the fit of the clamp into the verticlal groove that allows the relatively heavy TV to tip sideways by a degree or so. It is not easy to tighten the clamp sufficiently to lock a level position that isn't upset by just gently nudging the TV. So a tapered clamp & groove profile would sort that out. The other minor improvements are a swish plain cover to replace the CD rack inserts as an alternative in the package of parts & larger slots in the vertical groove to allow some of the slightly larger connectors (IEC mains plugs etc) to pass through as well as just HD connectors. I'm not complaining you understand but I think the free play issue could do with sorting out.
