small (very important for me, as I had limited space - it fits in a cupboard)
looks good
easy to use
easy to fit

sometimes the dishwasher tablet doesn't pop and and get used.
retractable shelf at rear left can not be fully up (vertical) as it restricts pushing the tray back.
soem items are not fully clean on 0ccasion (though i am not experienced with dishwashers, so don't know if that is normal).
quite expensive
cutlery can quite frequently fall through (e.g. pointy/handle end of spoon) and stop spray arm from rotating (we resolve this by checking it with a manual 'spin' before turning on to make sure nothing if poking through bottom and restricting it from spinning freely.
won't take the biggest plates
